P.E workout


My workout today is 10 high knees and sets of 20kg.10 sets of 20kg. Also 20 basketball shots and 2 laps around the Gym.My Goal Today is to try get through all my workouts and try do them twice today.I'm enjoying the fitness because it can keep me fit for my basketball training's.

My reflection-I did my workouts once because I had training yesterday so was really sore but Next time I could because I don't have training that day.
Monday
10 Basketball shots
10 push-ups
Tuesday
10 High knees/Sets of 20 Kg
20 basketball shots/2 laps
Friday
10 sit ups
10 wall sit
