workout Adelaide/Shanix

Goal-Is to try do my workout twice today.

Warm up 2 laps of the gym and stretch's

Today I did well I did all my workouts but didn't get to my second workout.
Next time Need to work bit more harder and train more.

Monday

10 sit-ups

10 push-ups

Tuesday

10 High knees

20 basketball shots

Friday

Basketball for mins/20kg 10 sets

10 wall sit/Run around the Gym
